How long are the prices of the goods valid?
Prices are valid until 31st December 2024.
How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
We aim to deliver within 3 working days.

How will my goods be delivered?
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery next day courier service. Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday during working hours and do require a signature. If you know you won't be in, please give us a different delivery address, perhaps a neighbour or a work address.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.

When do you charge my credit/debit card?
Your payment card will be charged when your card is authorized.

Should you suspect a fault with your product, you can:
  • Read the troubleshooting section of the product manual as it may be a common problem that can be easily resolved.
  • Visit the for additional support, downloads and manuals.
  • E-mail: for assistance.
What if the product is faulty? 
All accessories come with a full 12 month manufacturers repair warranty from date of purchase.

Will you repair after the 12 month warranty period?
Repairs of out-of-warranty devices are based upon the age of the device and condition of the devices and are replaced with re manufactured internal components utilising new external housings. Damage caused by physical breakage due to excessive force, water damage or other misuse of the product will not be repairable under the replacement programme.

What is your returns policy?

We hope that your order will be just what you wanted, but in case it isn’t, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. The goods must be returned to us, please call 01869 352800 in the first instance and we will arrange for a pre-paid postage label to be sent out to you, so that you can return the item. You may return any unused goods with their original packaging within 30 days beginning the day after the item is delivered. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition.

Please note the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 Act specifies a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period which GN Hearing UK Ltd is pleased to voluntarily extend to 30 days.

How do I return an item?
Please contact us by email to or call us free on 01869 352800 and we will send you a postage label so you can your return package. On receipt, we will give you a full refund for the cost of the product plus any delivery charge paid. Refunds take 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card.

VAT Exemption

If you are VAT exempt and would like to purchase one of the following wireless accessories, please call our Customer Services team on Tel: 01869 352800 to make the purchase. Unfortunately you are not able to make a VAT free purchase using the online payment system.

Upon making the call, our Customer Services team will require you to fill in a VAT exempt declaration certificate in accordance with HMRC.

VAT relief is permitted on the following wireless GN Hearing UK Ltd products subject to the receipt of a valid VAT declaration certificate.
